The Architecture Committee has recently reviewed and approved new driveway expansion joint replacement options and we wanted to share with all Parkside residents.

• Treated and untreated lumber

• Composite wood/decking materials, E.g. Trek, Fiberon, Veranda, etc.

• Extruded Rubber Expansion Joints

  • Slab Gasket

  • Trim-a Slab

• Backer Rod with Caulk - IMPORTANT NOTE: Do NOT Use Self-Leveling caulk

  • Materials needed for this method include:

    • Polyurethane Joint Sealant

    • Pure Silica Sand
