The Parkside Homeowners Association is run entirely by homeowner volunteers with no permanent employees. An annual fee is paid by all homeowners to handle the operation and maintenance of common areas within our neighborhood.

Dylan Thiry

Dylan and his wife Kristen moved to Parkside at the beginning of 2018 after spending the prior 15 years living in Chicago. Being a relative newcomer, Dylan is eager to get involved with the HOA and meet his new neighbors.

Dylan and Kristen have a blind black lab named Annabelle who may bump into you (literally) on her walks.
